Nossa contribuição para a sociedade

We thoughtfully assess the impact of our business activities on human rights, as well as their social, economic and environmental consequences.

Ensuring good corporate citizenship

Our community engagement initiatives are carried out in remote, rural and agriculturally-focused communities, where social challenges are common. We are acutely aware of our role as a responsible corporate citizen and our obligations towards both the people we work with and the communities we affect.

Schools and youth engagement

High-Five to Safety
We proudly participate in the “High-Five to Safety” Program each year during Child Protection Week, reflecting our commitment to community values. This initiative educates primary school children on vital life skills, focusing on personal safety in school environments and the broader community, ensuring they grow up with the knowledge needed to protect themselves.
We coordinate a leadership program in local schools. Leadership skills empower children, fostering confidence, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, collaboration, and responsibility.
During our annual career expo, local schools visit Master Drilling and our our employees share information on their professional role and expertise.
We hold a CV & Job Readiness Workshop to adequately prepare and orientate our youth in the communities to be ready to join the workforce.
